#STRONGLIFTS 5X5. HOW TO#
If you don't care about the theory, you can skip to the section on progressive overload to see how to find your starting weights and begin progressing with Stronglifts. To understand what makes a program like Stronglifts work, we are going to examine the topic in depth so you will better understand if it matches your goals, and more importantly, learn to trust the system instead of trying to change it. Many beginners want to start changing a program, thinking they are going to improve their workout.
